Dead Night at The Riverside with Pickin’ On The Dead

Dead Night returns to The Riverside on August 15th and we’re excited to host Pickin’ on the Dead, featuring Tyler Grant.

Pickin’ On The Dead evolved over several opportunities to entertain the ubiquitous Deadhead population at WinterWonderGrass Festival and established itself even further with several long, strange Expeditions with Adrift Dinosaur’s RiverWonderGrass series through the mystical Gates Of Lodore on the Green River in Dinosaur National Monument.

National Flatpicking Champ Tyler Grant maneuvers the guitar, accompanied by steadfast bassist Ace Engfer, groove-meister Sean ‘Magic’ Macaulay on drums (both Grant Farm bandmates w/Tyler), & the wildly entertaining Michael Kirkpatrick on mandolin. Lead & harmony vocals are shared among the group, which brings the Grateful Dead experience to an all-new Rocky Mountain High, with no fear of diving into some hot jams & liquid flows.

Doors at 5pm for Open Dead Jams. Food and drink available. Pickin’ On The Dead plays from 8-11pm.

Dead Night at The Riverside with Rio Rosa

Dead Night returns to The Riverside in Boulder! On May 16th, we’re excited to feature Rio Rosa, with the powerhouse vocals of Alyssa Medina and the soaring guitar work of Max Mackey.
These musicians are turning heads across the Front Range. Rio Rosa packs a punch with a vibrant, energetic take on the music of the Grateful Dead.
Come enjoy a beautiful evening by the creek with great music, a full bar, and a full menu of tasty eats available for purchase. Whether you’re a longtime Deadhead or just love live music and good vibes, The Riverside is serving up a night you won’t want to miss.
Doors at 5 — come grab a drink, a bite, and join in or listen to the open Dead Jam before we shake those bones with Rio Rosa from 8-11pm!
